We recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Australian Chocolate Festival in Melbourne. This event marked a significant milestone for us and other small producers, including Jika, Monggo, Lile, Onuka, and Pipiltin, as we showcased Indonesian bean-to-bar chocolate to the country of Australia, and for many Australians for the first time.
The festival was a vibrant celebration of chocolate, bringing together enthusiasts, connoisseurs, and industry professionals from around the Australian continent. It was an honour to present our meticulously crafted chocolate and share the rich flavours of Indonesian cacao with a new audience. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees expressing their appreciation for the unique taste profiles and sustainable practices that define our products.
Throughout the event, we had the pleasure of engaging with fellow chocolate makers, exchanging ideas, and learning from each other's experiences. The camaraderie and shared passion for chocolate were truly inspiring. Our participation in this festival reinforced our commitment to quality and innovation, as well as our dedication to promoting Indonesian cacao on the global stage.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited our booth and supported us during the festival. Your enthusiasm and feedback motivate us to continue our journey of creating the finest chocolate. We look forward to future opportunities to connect with chocolate lovers and industry peers, spreading the love for Indonesian bean-to-bar chocolate even further.
